Jianbing is China's Most Popular Street Breakfast

Ingredients

Batter

Cooking Guidelines

Stage 1

To a blending bowl, add the Regular Flour (1 2/3 cups) , Multigrain Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp) , Corn Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp) , Mung Bean Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp) , and Baking Pop (1 tsp) . Add Water (1 1/2 cups) and blend until integrated.

Step 2:

Grease a Jianbing griddle or crepe pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray as needed to prevent the dough from sticking. Once hot, add around 1/2 cup of the player (up to 1 cup if utilizing a customary crepe/jianbing iron).

Step 3:

 Fold the jianbing in half and cut the wonton wrapper in half using a knife or a metal spatula.

Stage 12
